We will be holding our photo days for both Calgary and Airdrie students at

our AIRDIRE (Luxstone Plaza) location again this season.

Here is some important information you will need to help make our photo

day a great success!

• Photographs:
  
  We will once again be hiring Peter Charlton to take the studio photos. 
  
  The quality is always wonderful, and his prices are very reasonable. 
  
  While you are not required to purchase photos or pay any sitting fees, we
  
  do ask that you make every effort to attend the photo day, this way your
  
  child's classmates will be able to purchase a photo with his or her entire
  
  class represented.  We will have order forms available in the office, and
  
  will also send these home with the students closer to the date. 
  
  
  All orders must be placed on or before the photo day itself.  You will not
  
  receive photo proofs before placing your order, however we will take
  
  several shots so that the photographer will have lots to choose from, to get
  
  you your best photograph.  Please contact the office should you have any
  
  questions!

  Airdrie Students; Sunday, April 11th in AIRDRIE-Luxstone Location
  
  Calgary Students; Sunday, April 25th in AIRDRIE-Luxstone Location
  
  Competition Team; Sunday, April 11th in AIRDRIE-Luxstone Location

• General Information:
  
  -All students should arrive in their RECITAL costume, with hair, shoes
  
  and tights all ready as per their costume checklists.  If you have any
  
  questions regarding what the class is wearing, or about hair/tights/shoes,
  
  please ask the office or your child's teacher.
  
  
  -Light makeup for the female students is acceptable for photo day, if
  
  desired.  Please do not arrive with stage makeup, it will appear too heavy
  
  in photos as we are not under stage lights for the photos.
  
  
  -Please aim to arrive 10-15minutes before your scheduled photo time, with
  
  hair done and costume on.  While we will make every effort to stay on
  
  schedule, please allow for extra time in your day should we need to wait to
  
  obtain a proper class photo.
